3. Business service and prices
Sergio is a business-facing software service intended for restaurants, wine retailers, supermarkets and other organisations acting for professional purposes. It provides wine-list tools and informational wine recommendations; it does not sell, order, collect payment for, deliver or serve alcohol to guests.
Where Sergio displays a subscription price, the relevant page or checkout will state whether VAT is included. Unless expressly stated otherwise, listed subscription prices are exclusive of VAT. Applicable VAT is determined at checkout based on the customer’s billing information and applicable law. The applicable B2B subscription terms and order/checkout details govern the service.

Additional customer or venue documents may apply to a particular service configuration or venue experience under a separate agreement or notice. 3. Service professionnel et prix
Sergio est un service logiciel destiné aux restaurants, détaillants de vin, supermarchés et autres organisations agissant à des fins professionnelles. Il fournit des outils pour les cartes des vins et des recommandations informatives de vins ; il ne vend pas, ne commande pas, n’encaisse pas de paiement, ne livre pas et ne sert pas d’alcool aux clients.
Lorsqu’un prix d’abonnement est affiché par Sergio, la page concernée ou le processus de paiement indique si la TVA est incluse. Sauf indication expresse contraire, les prix d’abonnement affichés sont hors TVA. La TVA applicable est déterminée lors du paiement sur la base des informations de facturation du client et du droit applicable. Les conditions B2B applicables ainsi que les informations de commande ou de paiement régissent le service.

3. Professionele dienst en prijzen
Sergio is een softwaredienst voor restaurants, wijnhandelaars, supermarkten en andere organisaties die handelen voor professionele doeleinden. De dienst biedt hulpmiddelen voor wijnkaarten en informatieve wijnsuggesties; Sergio verkoopt, bestelt, int geen betaling voor, levert of serveert geen alcohol aan gasten.
Wanneer Sergio een abonnementsprijs vermeldt, staat op de relevante pagina of tijdens de checkout of btw is inbegrepen. Tenzij uitdrukkelijk anders vermeld, zijn weergegeven abonnementsprijzen exclusief btw. De toepasselijke btw wordt bij de checkout bepaald op basis van de factuurgegevens van de klant en het toepasselijke recht.
