How It Works

Three steps to
a bottle for the table.

It runs in the browser. There is nothing for your guests to install and nothing for them to sign up to.

1

Your guest scans the table

A QR code on the table opens Sergio in the browser. They pick English, French or Dutch, and go straight to the menu. No download, no account.

2

They tick what the table is eating

The dishes are yours, listed under your own section headings, taken from the menu you uploaded. Wine type and taste are there too, but optional. The meal is the only thing Sergio needs.

3

Sergio suggests three wines

Three bottles from your own list, each shown with how many of the table’s dishes it suits and its price for the format they chose. Each opens onto a page with your sommelier’s note, if you wrote one.

What It Reads

It works from
your own documents.

Import

Your wine list

Upload it as a PDF or a photograph. Producer, vintage, region and every price format you print are read from it: glass, carafe, half-bottle, bottle. Guests are offered exactly the formats you print, named in their own language.

Import

Your food menu

Read the same way. Each dish is mapped to a pairing category, and guests see your dishes under your headings, such as "Tartare" or "From the grill", rather than a generic list of food types.

Editorial

Your sommelier’s notes

Write a note on any wine and it appears on that wine’s page, above the generated description. It is the one place the recommendation speaks in your voice rather than ours.

Service

Glass, carafe or bottle

Guests choose how they want it served before anything is suggested, from the formats your list prints. Only wines you actually sell in that format are suggested, and the price shown is the one for that format.
